Saturday Activity: SPORTS :: BADMINTON sound study of students depends upon healthy mind and healthy body. Sound health can be maintained by students through Games and Sports. So, students are encouraged to participate actively in games and sports activity besides their regular studies by Physical Education Teacher. Students with innate talents of sports are identified and highly skilled in identified discipline of Games and Sports so that they can later on embrace that discipline as future carrier in their life.
Though cricket predominates amongst all the games played in India, badminton manages to have a strong group of dedicated followers. Badminton today is played as a serious sport in India. It is a sport that can be played both socially and competitively. Playing badminton helps the child feel well, strong and motivated. It can help in coping with anxiety and stress and offers a release from the pressures of everyday life.
